About Killer Darts

Free scoreboard for Killer, the pub darts elimination game. Built because keeping score on beer mats really should not still be the standard.

Why I built it

I play darts at the pub fairly regularly and Killer is the one everyone wants to play. The problem is the scoring. You end up with someone's phone notes, a torn coaster, or just trusting whoever shouts the loudest about what the score is.

I wanted something on my phone that I could share instantly with whoever I was playing with, so everyone could see the score on their own screen without huddling round one device. No app to install, no account, nothing to set up. Just open a link and go.

What makes it different

No friction No sign-up, no download. Open the link, start a game, you're done.
Everyone follows along Share a QR code and everyone at the table can watch the score update live on their own phone.
Works without internet Add it to your home screen and it works offline. Handy in pubs where the Wi-Fi is anyone's guess.
Free No ads, no paywall. If it saves your beer mat budget, consider buying me a pint.

How to Play

Setup

Each player throws with their non-dominant hand β€” wherever it lands is their number for the whole game. If a number is already taken, they throw again.

Scoring

Hit your own number: +1 point. Double ring: +2. Triple ring: +3. Maximum 3 points per player. If you hit another player's number, you give that player the points.

Becoming a Killer

When you reach 3 points you become the Killer βŠ•. As the killer, hitting another player's number removes points from them. Hitting your own number removes your own points.

Elimination

A player is eliminated when their score drops below 0. If a killer removes all their points and keeps hitting, the target goes out.

Winning

Last player standing wins!
